HR Officer (32–40 hours) – Dordrecht

Easytrip Transport Services, as part of the 360 PAY Group, is looking for an enthusiastic HR Officer for our office in Dordrecht. In this role, you will become part of a dedicated and professional HR team that works every day to provide optimal support to our employees across Europe.
Your role
As an HR Officer, you support the HR Director and the local HR Business Partner in daily HR operations and the implementation of operational HR strategies. You are the first point of contact for employees and ensure that HR processes run smoothly, accurately, and professionally.
What will you do?
No two days are the same! Your responsibilities include, among others:
- First point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions (including sick leave and case management)
- HR administration such as employment contracts, job descriptions, and reports for external stakeholders
- Supporting the recruitment process: posting vacancies, CV screening, and interviews
- Coordinating the on-boarding process: from contract signing to the first working day and training sessions
- Managing off-boarding and conducting exit interviews
- Keeping employee data up to date in the HRIS
- Supporting the payroll process
- Contributing to HR projects at group level
- Actively contributing to process improvements and employer branding initiatives
What do you bring?
- A high level of integrity and discretion with an inclusive mindset
- Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to listen
- A true team player who is organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Experience with HR Information Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (another European language is a plus)
- Affinity with HR digitalization and change management
- Available for 32–40 hours per week
