Manpower is looking for a Facilitair Coördinator for Syngenta in De Lier

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and validating administrative tasks for various cost centers (Facility, Maintenance, Utilities)
• Processing cost data and maintaining overviews and reports
• Acting as a point of contact for questions regarding cost centers
• Managing budgets outside CBRE scope
• Creating and managing work permits according to procedures
• Checking permit requests for completeness and accuracy
• Guiding external suppliers and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Assisting with implementation and communication of HSE policies
• Participating in inspections, reporting, and HSE projects
• Performing tasks as a safety officer, identifying risks, and advising on preventive measures
• Monitoring service levels, contract compliance, and coordinating with MT members
