Because laws and regulations are constantly changing and the requirements from permits and certifications are becoming more stringent, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to join the Compliance Team. As Compliance Officer you will be responsible for the administrative processing of the internal quality management system.
No two days are the same, as your work involves all our logistics activities: warehousing, customs and shipping by sea or air.
Your responsibilities:
- The administrative processing of requirements from permits and certifications (ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&D, GMP+);
- The processing and monitoring of the internal quality management system, which includes;
- Processing results from internal training courses
- Performing and following up on internal audits
- Recording and following up on non-conformities (NCRs)
- Compliance checks in the context of risk management
- Monitoring changes in laws and regulations relevant to all our logistics activities;
- Supporting inspections of external bodies
- Completed mbo-hbo education in a relevant field (e.g. Quality management, logistics or business administration).
- Affinity with compliance and quality in logistics.
- You are analytical, work in a structured way and have a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with quality standards or licensing (such as ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&D, and/or GMP+), is a strong plus.
