At Prodim International, we measure the future. As a small but leading tech company, we help SMEs worldwide work faster, smarter, and more accurately with our innovative solution: the Proliner. Whether it's glass, stone, wood, shipbuilding, or automotive-our customers digitize their workflows with our advanced measuring solutions. With an international team of 10 nationalities, we combine high-tech with a no-nonsense approach. And now, we're looking for you: someone who spots opportunities, connects with people, and closes deals-no need for 10 years of experience in sales or tech.

At Prodim, you won't just be selling a product; you'll be leading a movement we started 25 years ago, when we first created the Proliner, a revolution in digital templating. Imagine a portable device used that can measure complex shapes like kitchen countertops, staircases or boat deckings and digitize them instantly. Every day, you'll connect with entrepreneurs across the world -from German carpenters and French stonemasons to Dutch boatbuilders - and show them how the Proliner can transform their templating and measurement. You'll have conversations with potential clients, show the game-changing precision and speed of the Proliner, and guide them from curiosity to confidence. Whether it's through a phone call, emails, or live demo together with a product specialist, you'll listen to their challenges and offer a solution that make them wonder how they ever worked without it.

Your role is dynamic and hands-on: you'll create quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals, all while collaborating with a multicultural team of several nationalities who share your passion for innovation. You'll handle everything from the first contact to the final order, ensuring every client feels supported and excited about their upgrade. And the best part? You'll see the impact firsthand; when a client messages you to say "This saved us hours every week!" you'll know you've made a real difference.

Together with our outside sales team, you'll also get to organize demo-days, where we showcase the Proliner's magic to groups of curious professionals, turning skeptics into enthusiasts. No two days are the same, but every day is about helping businesses work smarter and having fun while you do it.

Your impact:

  • Hunt for opportunities: Follow up leads through our website or scout for new clients online, pick up the phone, and make connections-cold outreach? You see it as a challenge!
  • Close deals: From quote to signature, you make it happen. No complex sales gimmicks, just genuine listening and providing solutions.
  • Guide customers: Explain how the Proliner simplifies their work, coordinate repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate: Work with colleagues from 10 countries, field sales, and our tech team. Short communication lines, plenty of freedom.
  • Grow: Learn everything about digital measuring solutions and build an international network.

In this role: attitude, drive and fast learning is more important than experience

This is you
  • You have an MBO+/HBO level (your drive matters more than your diploma).
  • You speak fluent English and German or French (Polish, Romanian, or other languages are a plus).
  • You're naturally commercial: you sense what a customer needs and aren't afraid to ask for the order.
  • You love results and thrive on a "yes" (or learn from a "no").
  • You enjoy working independently but know collaboration is key.
  • You have basic knowledge Microsoft (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of Exact Online is helpful, but we'll teach you everything you need to know.
