Senior Logistics Process Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Process Engineer to lead and optimise inbound material flow, staging, kitting, internal transport, and product distribution processes. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards and driving operational efficiency.

• Own and improve inbound material, staging, kitting, and distribution processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and internal SOPs.
• Lead process implementation, documentation, and training for local logistics teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior management and global teams to align logistics strategies.
• Oversee acceptance testing and implementation of new processes and equipment.
• Conduct Gemba walks and lead sustainable improvements in safety, quality, and cost.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for process-related audits and inspections.
• Manage CAPAs, change controls, and non‑conformance investigations.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability.

• HBO degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in logistics process engineering within manufacturing or pharma/FMCG.
• Advanced knowledge of GMP/GDP and lean tools.
• English C2 proficiency (Dutch preferred).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
