Skills- 2+ years of hands‑on SAP Sales & Distribution experience (setup customer master data & credit, pricing strategy, sales order promising strategy, quote management, customer contract lifecycle management, order & fulfilment management, subscription management and billing management).
- SAP implementation or consulting project experience.
- A proactive, self‑motivated attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proven record of consulting experience for large scale SAP transformation programmes (requirements analysis, design, build and deployment experience).
- A proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated to participate in both Dutch and international projects and willing to travel for work.
- Familiarity with current technology trends and a passion for digital innovation.
- Completed university Master's degree. Preferably in business, IT, or engineering.
- Willingness and drive to learn and grow, and to help make the team even more successful.
- You are proficient in English, both verbally and in writing. If you speak Dutch, this is a really strong bonus (but not essential)
The role of a consultant at our customer can vary depending on the industry (focus on FMCG, Retail, Energy & Utilities and Discreet Manufacturing) and the specific needs of the organization. In general, their consultants must combine good knowledge of the business needs and goals of the organization, with the functional and technical understanding of the technologies they are working with.
Responsibilities- Overall, you will play a critical role in helping organisations leverage their technology to achieve their business goals and objectives in the Sales & Distribution domain.
- Working with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets their needs and is aligned with the organisation’s goals.
- Analyzing business requirements/use cases and identifying required technology solutions/configurations that will meet those requirements.
- Developing detailed plans and strategies for implementing SAP Sales & Distribution technology solutions.
- Advising on technical integration of the SAP application with other client and third‑party tools/applications.
- Advising on Sales & Distribution / enterprise data modelling including data migration and data integrity as part of the deployment engagement.
- Identifying potential risks and issues and developing plans to mitigate them.
- Leading the growth of our SAP Sales & Distribution capabilities through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team members.
