Senior Test Engineer (ID:3373)

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will:

• Prepare, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases across functional and non‑functional areas.
• Perform end‑to‑end test preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and test reporting.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in Agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to test planning, estimation, and test strategy aligned with Agile delivery.
• Support and enhance test automation initiatives and frameworks.
• Ensure quality standards are met for applications within the Banking domain.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6–8 years of overall experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in the Banking domain.
• Strong experience in manual testing processes, including test design, execution, and reporting.
• Practical exposure to test automation, with an affinity toward expanding automation coverage.
• Experience working in an Agile way of working with cross‑functional teams.
• Good understanding of test management processes and methodologies.
• TMAP and/or ISTQB certification is an added advantage.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Translate business and functional requirements into effective test scenarios.
• Execute testing independently while mentoring junior testers when required.
• Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Identify risks, report defects clearly, and contribute to quality improvements.
• Balance manual and automation testing efforts based on project needs.
