Tasks
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware components to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams and service partners to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure seamless data communication.
- Document and track support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in global rollouts and assist with the deployment of new technologies to enhance client infrastructure and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common desktop software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Dutch B2 certified required
- Driving license required
