What we offer

• A full-time position (40 hours per week) in shifts. 6:00 - 15:00 and 13:00 - 22:00
• At the end of each quarter, so four times a year, you also work on the weekend
• Salary: between € 2.900,- and € 3.600,- gross per month (growth potential up to € 4.350,- depending on experience)
• Shift allowance: +30% for hours between 18:00 and 06:00
• Travel allowance

Your role as a Teamleader

• As a Teamleader, you're the go-to person on the work floor. You make sure your team performs well, feels valued and continues to develop.
• Monitor operations and align with fellow Teamleaders to keep things running smoothly
• Coach team members on their performance and personal development
• Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment
• Conduct performance, absence and development conversations
• Keep workforce planning and time registration up to date

This is you

• You're a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.
• Experience in a leadership role (preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting)
• Strong analytical skills - confident with systems and reports
• Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
• Reliable - your team knows they can count on you
