Your responsibilities include:
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing performance, while focusing on the development and coaching of your team. Taking your team to the next level is your top priority
- Conducting regular coaching and performance review conversations with team members
- Maintaining close contact with the customer regarding progress
- Regular alignment with the customer on KPIs, new product implementations, and maintaining a joint focus on efficiency
- Reporting departmental results and deciding on optimizations to make the process leaner
- Discussing improvement proposals with the Operations Manager and your fellow Shift Manager - optimization is key
- Developing long-term forecasting and associated workforce planning
- Continuous Improvement is at the heart of your work
- Advising the customer and their partners on feasibility and efficiency issues
- We are looking for a leader who understands how a supply chain environment works and who thrives in dynamic and sometimes hectic situations. You are passionate about developing your team, motivated, and able to maintain oversight - even under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Leadership, motivational, and stress-resistant qualities
- Customer-oriented with professional and direct communication
- Strong analytical skills and a confident, people-focused leadership style
- Experience with OMS is a plus
