- Lead high‑impact engagements where you balance scope, budget, and team performance to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Develop a strong advisory presence with clients by identifying risks early, shaping roadmaps, and uncovering new opportunities.
- Share your expertise within XMS by contributing to best practices, internal playbooks, and team learning sessions.
