As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage customer relationships and deliver optimal technical and commercial solutions. Acting as the primary contact for our client's German-speaking customers, you’ll ensure smooth communication and efficient issue resolution. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address technical, commercial, and logistical inquiries from German-speaking customers.
- Manage calls and emails, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Order Entry, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Fluent German (C2) – both spoken and written.
- Proficient English skills.
- Experience in a similar position in a B2B setting is a must.
- Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Technical affinity and the ability to grasp complex concepts.
- Ambitious and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
