Employment Conditions

• A full-time position (40 hours) in day shifts from 8:00 - 17:00, with occasional flexibility to start earlier or later.
• Salary: between € 3.577,- and € 4.600,- gross per month based on 40 hours (growth potential up to € 5.615,- depending on experience).

What you will do

• Ensure processes run smoothly and safely
• Coach your team and conduct development conversations
• Maintain sharp customer contact and adjust where necessary
• Optimize current processes and write work procedures to ensure good structure

Who you are

• Relevant leadership experience in logistics
• Communicates clearly in English, Dutch is a big plus!
• Thinks analytically and makes the right decisions based on that
• Inspires, motivates, and helps people grow

You will manage 2 to 4 Team Leaders and indirectly about 60 Operators. You report to the Operations Manager and work together on process optimization, development, and job satisfaction - for your team and yourself.
