Ask Aletta is an AI-powered search engine that helps healthcare professionals find reliable medical information in seconds.
We started from a problem our co-founder Tijs (pediatrician) experienced firsthand: doctors needed quick access to guidelines, protocols, and clinical resources, but this information was scattered across dozens of sources. Finding the right answer often meant searching through multiple websites, PDFs, and reference materials - or simply not finding it at all.
We used the AI revolution to solve this - building a unified search and discovery platform specifically trained on medical guidelines and clinical resources. Instead of juggling multiple sources or settling for incomplete information, doctors get precise answers to the practical questions they face in their daily work.
The Role
We're looking for our first growth hire - someone who will own and build our entire go-to-market strategy from the ground up. This is a foundational role where you'll shape how we scale from strong product-led growth into sustainable B2B revenue.
Our growth model is unique: individual doctors discover and adopt Ask Aletta organically, then we convert entire practices and hospitals into organization-size subscriptions. You'll need to master both sides of this equation - optimizing the individual user experience while building systems to identify and close enterprise opportunities.
Tasks
- Own the complete growth funnel from individual user acquisition through to generating qualified enterprise pipeline
- Build and optimize our product-led growth engine: activation flows, engagement loops, viral mechanics
- Develop account-based strategies to identify high-intent accounts and generate warm enterprise leads
- Implement and manage our modern growth stack (Clay, HeyReach, Posthog, Attio, Loops and other automation tools)
- Design experiments across channels - content, partnerships, community, paid acquisition
- Create data infrastructure to track product signals, identify high-intent accounts, and measure what matters
- Collaborate with founders on enterprise deal strategy as we build out a dedicated sales function
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience scaling companies with both B2C and B2B motions (PLG-to-enterprise is ideal)
- Direct revenue responsibility - you've helped scale ARR from early stage (sub-€500K) through growth phase (€1-5M+)
- Hands-on technical fluency with modern growth tools: product analytics, data enrichment, automation, AI-powered workflows
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you build systems, run experiments, and learn fast from what doesn't work
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, or similar)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
