Employment Conditions- A full-time position (40 hours) in day shifts
- Salary between € 3.577,- and € 4.600,- gross per month based on 40 hours, with growth opportunities up to € 5.615,- depending on experience

As a Shift Manager, you lead daily operations and manage a team of two Team Leaders. You focus on growth - in processes, customer satisfaction, and people.
- Ensure processes run smoothly and safely
- Focus on KPIs and team cohesion
- Coach your team and conduct development meetings
- Maintain close customer contact and make adjustments where needed
You are an energetic leader with a focus on people, performance, and continuous improvement. You work in a structured and result-oriented way and know how to inspire action.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Warehouse Manager in a warehouse environment
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written; Dutch is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make sound decisions
- Inspires, motivates, and develops people - a true people manager

You will be working for our customer SumUp. SumUp provides small businesses with simple tools - such as card readers and online payment options - to make accepting payments easy. The main operational activities in the warehouse include Inbound, Rework/Value Added Services (VAS), Outbound (both B2C and B2B), and Returns.
You will lead 2 Team Leaders and indirectly around 25 Operators. You report to the Operations Manager and work together on process optimization, development, and job satisfaction - for your team and yourself.
