What will you be doing?
As a Senior Associate - Digital Transformation: GenAI Implementation Consultant, you will collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, including software developers, data analysts, ERP specialists, and business experts. Your contribution is key in transforming our client experience through advanced AI strategies. Your role is adaptable to specific project needs, ranging from strategic reorientation to process optimization and technology implementation.

As a Senior Associate the activities that you will be working on include:
- Integrating with teams to implement GenAI solutions and complex prompts for internal and client?'facing engagements.
- Guiding deployment processes for AI software development with our internal teams.
- Applying agile methodologies, working with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Identifying and creating strategic GenAI solutions via advanced prompt engineering on our proprietary platform to optimize client offerings and internal processes.
- Bridging communication between software and business teams to tailor AI solutions.
- Learning necessary business, accounting, and finance concepts relevant to each project.
- Ensuring timely completion of onboarding and training for both technical and non?'technical skills.
Does this describe you?
You have a combination of strategic and analytical insights and are passionate about emerging technologies. Your enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and proficiency in programming make you an asset to our team. You are also ambitious, want to solve complex problems and make an impact on our customers. You are people?'oriented and enjoy working together in multidisciplinary teams. In addition, you can create powerful reports and visuals and give convincing presentations for (senior) management.
- You have at least a year of experience in GenAI concepts such as RAG, agents, and AI model integrations.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management, or Data Science.
- You have affinity for Artificial Intelligence and data programming.
- You are interested in finance, business, accounting, and audit sectors.
- You are proficient in programming languages, enabling vibe?'coding and open?'source software integration.
- You have experience with version control systems like Git and agile methodologies such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- You are fluent in English; Dutch skills are an advantage.
