When you start as a Production Worker you will perform the following:
- Producing bags and/or pouches according to qualitative and quantitative standards and safety regulations;
- Checking product quality and reporting deviations to the supervisor;
- Realizing the production and supplying the machines;
- Packing the products;
- Keeping the working environment clean/orderly by complying with legal and company regulations, including safety, quality, occupational health and safety and environmental regulations;
- Ensuring continuous process flow;
- Promoting output;
- Proactively contributing ideas and suggestions for improvement to team leader;
- And performing tasks according to the 5S principle.
Required of you:
- You have an affinity with engineering, specialized knowledge is not required;
- You have at least 3 months of (internal) experience;
- You are result-oriented, involved, accurate and flexible;
- And a forklift certificate is an advantage.
As a Production Worker, you will get:
- A gross hourly wage of €14,40;
- A shift bonus of 20%;
- Working in 3 shifts;
- And full-time employment.
