We are currently looking for a passionate housekeeper ready to take the next step in a hybrid role as Housekeeping Supervisor (two days per week) and Housekeeper (remaining days) to join our team. Someone who's willing to go the extra mile to ensure an excellent first impression and create a memorable experience for every guest.
WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES...Embrace the art of impeccable cleanliness as you manage our hotel rooms and public areas.
Create cozy, welcoming spaces by changing linens, making beds, and replenishing amenities.
Highlight the charm of our hotel by overseeing meticulous cleaning, including carpet care, upholstery touch-ups, and a touch of window magic.
As a role model, you will supervise and support our housekeeping team in their daily tasks and schedules.
Ensure rooms are guest-ready after your final inspection-ready to welcome new explorers to create new memories.
Be an ambassador of guest satisfaction, responding to guest needs with a warm smile and a can-do attitude.
Communicate guest needs and maintenance issues to the Front Office and Technical teams as needed.
Maintain constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guest requirements are met.
Follow our health, safety, and hygiene guidelines to safeguard the wellbeing of our guests and colleagues.

Flexibility is key-you'll be part of a dynamic team, and working weekends or holidays may be part of your journey with us.
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
Attention to detail should be your second nature, and your work ethic should shine brightly.
You communicate with grace and bring a positive attitude that lights up our hotel.
You're fluent in either English or Dutch-any additional language is a bonus for your personal collection.
You're based in or around The Hague.
A full-time or part-time contract.
