Job Summary

We are looking for high-potential talents to join our Warehouse Supervisor/Management Trainee, designed to develop future leaders in our warehouse and logistics operations. This is a structured rotation-based program that blends hands-on operational experience with systematic learning. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training on warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, equipment).
• Support daily team operations (receiving, packing, dispatch).
• Monitor KPIs using Excel or analyticstools and help identify processimprovements.
• Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency response.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Manage stress and solve problemsin high-pressure situations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and demonstrate leadership potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Internship or practical warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse managementsystems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong data handling skills(Excel, dashboards, BI tools).
• Basic understanding of warehouse workflows and safety standards.
• Fast learner with adaptability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shift rotations.
• Valid visa/residence permit allowing work in the Netherlands (visa sponsorship not provided).
• Dutch driving license required.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English; Dutch is a plus.
