As an IT Helpdesk Support Technician, you will serve as the first point of contact for colleagues with technical issues or IT questions. Your mission: ensure everyone can continue working smoothly. Tasks include password resets, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, distributing devices, and assisting with application questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and handle internal IT support requests
- Resolve common IT issues (first-line support)
- Install and distribute laptops, phones, and other hardware
- Support Microsoft 365 and other internal systems
- Contribute to improvements in internal IT processes
