Nice to meet you. My name is Carolien, HR Business Partner for the Pestana Amsterdam Riverside hotel. A beautiful hotel where we are looking for passionate colleagues. Our Hotel specifically count with 154 rooms & suites, a Spa, including an indoor swimming pool and sauna, a gym, 10 meeting rooms and our beautiful restaurant & bar. This hotel is your new luxury home in Amsterdam.

What will you be doing:
Leading and coaching of the F&B team to guarantee that excellent service is delivered to each guest.
Coordinate and organize the activities for the breakfast -, Á la carte service and in the meeting areas.
You will act as a host/hostess and be the 1st point of contact for our guests.
Handle problems, questions and complaints received from the guests.
Assist management in making schedules, hours & cost control, purchasing and much more.
