We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Product, Data and Ops Intern to support our product and operations teams. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our product data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively supports business operations and decision-making.

Tasks

• Support the management and upkeep of product data across internal tools and databases
• Assist in tracking product performance metrics and preparing regular reports
• Work with the product, ops, and CS teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Help optimize internal workflows and processes using tools like Excel, Notion, or Figma
• Conduct market and competitive research to support product strategy
• Support operational tasks related to product launches, testing, and inventory tracking
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain knowledge bases
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects across the product and operations teams

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Django is a plus
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Interest in product management, operations, or analytics
• Affinity with AI
