Dit is jouw rol

You are the link between IT and business in our Conversational AI programme. Together with your team, you will ensure future-proof customer service. You supervise the migration of our existing chatbots to the new Cognigy platform and think about / work on the deployment of voicebots and agent assist functionalities with speech recognition and speech synthesis. 

You translate complex business questions into clear IT solutions, create work packages for developers and coordinate with domain architects and the AI Centre of Excellence. You work Agile, in a hybrid environment, and quickly switch between stakeholders 

Jouw collega's

You will join an Agile team within the Business IT Digital Consumer department. This team consists of around 10 specialists, including conversation designers, engineers, backend developers and a product owner. The atmosphere is informal, with plenty of room for collaboration, innovation and personal growth.

• Salary between €3,971.01 and €5,472.21 gross per month at 37 hours per week. 32 hours is possible too!
• Scope to work hybrid and arrange your hours flexibly. Do you work two days or more per week from home? Then you will receive an allowance of €45 net per month. This team works in the office on Tuesday and Thrusday
• 8% holiday pay and 25 days' holiday if you work full-time.

Furthermore, you recognise yourself in this: 

• You have a college or university degree. 
• You have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position. 
• You have knowledge of or affinity with Conversational AI solutions. 
• You have experience with software integrations and APIs. 
• You know the SAFe/Agile way of working (advantage).
