Technisch medewerker Repair

Are you technically skilled and detail-oriented? Want to make a real impact in sustainable high-tech manufacturing? At HQ Group in Veldhoven, we’re looking for motivated Repair Technicians to inspect, repair, and refurbish high-tech packaging components. You’ll work from technical drawings and quality checklists to ensure all repairs meet our standards. Join a team of 9 professionals where quality, teamwork, and innovation go hand in hand. Your Responsibilities

• Inspecting and repairing damaged packaging components
• Replacing worn or broken parts (hinges, seals, protective foam, etc.)
• Proposing repair solutions (technical and cosmetic)
• Performing administrative tasks related to repair records
• Operating EPT, stacker, or forklift (certificates are a plus)
• Following company safety and environmental protocols

Working Hours

• Day shift: 07:30 – 16:30
• Early shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Late shift: 15:00 – 00:00
  Availability on Saturdays is highly appreciated

Wie ben je?

What You Bring

• MBO degree or hands-on technical experience (mechanic, assembler, etc.)
• Technical insight and ability to read engineering drawings
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written) – this is our working language
• Accuracy, responsibility, flexibility, and team spirit
• Forklift/EPT/stacker certification is a plus
