What You Will Be Doing:
Ensuring the proper operation of technical facilities in collaboration with the Head of Technical Services.
Performing minor renovation work.
Conducting repair work in hotel rooms while ensuring guest privacy at all times.
Preventing or resolving malfunctions of technical facilities.
Following the preventive maintenance plan.
Adhering to water hygiene (pool) procedures.
Complying with all procedures related to legionella.
Applying hotel safety regulations (in case of fire, etc.).
Actively contributing to the safety of guests and their property (e.g., ensuring the release of emergency exits).

Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.

Knowledge and experience with computers/software/systems is highly desirable.
