HR Business Partner, Tech

We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support our EMEA Technical Teams, to ensure they're growing and getting the best from their people. You'll also be working closely with the broader HR team and to enhance hiring, learning, compensation and innovation initiatives in these regions. A key component to the role will also include employee relations and supporting leaders on a case by case basis.

What you'll do:

  • Build a trusted relationship with all team leads and managers and support them on all things related to people including team growth, team development and our core leadership values
  • Coach and provide HR expertise to business stakeholders on local HR processes to better manage their teams
  • Work closely together with the HR Centers of Expertise to develop, enhance and launch initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our business and provide our employees a seamless employment experience
  • Leverage data to identify and act on opportunities that point to better ways of doing things as we scale
  • Manage performance assessment process and offer support in growth conversations
  • Advocate for all Adyen employees as they learn and develop through rapid growth in a high-performance environment
  • Foster an environment rich in diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Support feedback and under-performance processes and conversations

Who you are:

  • You've got at least 5+ years' experience working with business stakeholders in a people partnering role at a high-pace company
  • You have a deep understanding and expertise of Dutch and European local labor related legislation
