Automation Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Design and Develop: Analyze complex business processes and design, build, and implement innovative automation solutions.

• Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools: Utilize industry-leading automation tools such as UiPath, Node-RED, RobotFramework, and emerging technologies.

• Optimize Operations: Improve efficiency and effectiveness by automating repetitive tasks and reducing manual effort. We have automated more than ten-thousand-man hours this year already.

• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

• Maintain and Enhance: Ensure the reliability and performance of automation processes through ongoing maintenance and optimization.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in RPA and automation technologies.

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of automation tools, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and other relevant technologies.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions.

• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
