As a Customer Service Manager, you have an important task: Your day is successful when all orders are shipped on time. You actively work on optimization and structural adjustments. It's a responsible job with a lot of variety and challenges in an experienced team.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Manager include
- Supporting Customer Service Representatives where necessary;
- Cross-training the team;
- Acting as a sounding board and sparring partner;
- HR-related tasks and conducting performance and job interviews;
- Improving current processes together with the team;
- Collaborating on projects within the site.
Your workplace
Our High Tech campus in Beringe consists of 5 locations with a total area of approximately 145,000 m2. You will be managing a team of 6 Customer Service Representatives. It's a diverse team where a pleasant working atmosphere is a priority. You report to the Business Process Manager.Terms of Employment
- A fitting salary in scale 8 between € 3,400,- and € 4,100,- gross per month;
- 32 to 40 hours per week;
- Flexible day shift between 7:00 and 17:00;
- 8% vacation pay;

What do you bring as a Customer Service Manager?
- Managerial experience in Logistics;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative;
- Excellent English language skills in both written and spoken forms. Dutch is a plus;
- Customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and communicatively skilled;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
