Tasks:
We are looking for an experienced and proven HR Business Partner (m/f/d) who will consult with CSI's client groups to facilitate organizational improvement and provide Human Resources Business Partner guidance and support, to ensure that CSI has the right talent capability to enable the business to meet its goals.
This support includes the following functions: Recruiting and Talent Management (LEADS), planning and organizing of Learning and Development initiatives along the CSI curriculum, manage the hosting environment, Compensation and Benefits, HR Policy and systems implementation and interpretation and other projects as assigned.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Support the CSI Sector and Functional employees to ensure they receive a full portfolio of HR services to the appropriate service level.
- Manage and implement HR initiatives such as LEADS EMEA & Recruiting, EOS, Learning and Development, HR Systems and processes across CSI region for own scope of employees.
- Consult with managers in scope on human resources topics, determine appropriate T&C and negotiate employment contracts including exit management
- Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
- Being able to deal professionally with resistance and balance conflicting interests
- Support selection process of CSI EMEA positions to ensure appropriate hiring
- Manage the regional LEADS process for the respective client group across Sectors and Functions.
- Ensure compliance to HR related legislation also in view of the hosting landscape
- Support employee transfers throughout the region.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 7 years or more proven success in human resources on international level, with core expertise in Recruiting, LEADS resp EDR (Talent Management) Compensation, Training and Development and HR systems required.
- University degree in HR management or business related field required.
- Experience in DHL Business Units (5 year minimum) or equivalent external industry experience.
- Effective in consulting and working within a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitative and execution skills to achieve business priorities through a strong personality and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Experience in working with virtual teams.
- Thorough HR knowledge of HR portfolio.
- Good story telling in presentations and confidence to speak in larger groups
- Proven record in balancing diverse interest
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high integrity.
- German language skills desirable.
- Proficient in standard PC applications - MS Office.
- Commercial awareness of the transportation industry (strongly preferred).
- Displays business judgment when developing and implementing HR initiatives.
- Uses leadership and interpersonal style that builds alliance and promotes teamwork, while achieving results.
- Ability to understand cultural differences across geographies and adjust working style/approach accordingly.
