The Executive Assistant sits in the TechOps Team. Position Description
The role primarily includes supporting the SVP Tech as PA, providing administrative support, calendar management, preparing presentations and being an ambassador for the department. The secondary role is administrative support and calendar management for some of the Tech Leadership Team. The scope also includes basic Communications responsibilities such as support with hosting events, etc.
Position Responsibilities
- Complex Calendar management for Omnichannel Management Team.
- Travel Booking.
- Video conferencing set up.
- Ad hoc reporting.
- Compiling and distributing meeting minutes.
- Financial management (expenses, invoices, etc).
- Events support.
- Support with the newsletter and communications cadence.
The ideal candidate:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as a PA.
- A hands-on, proactive, and flexible assistant, who is able to employ a pragmatic approach to all tasks and challenges.
- Experience within an international work environment.
- Preferred experience in event management.
- Master Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Experience in managing a budget.
- Experience within fashion is an advantage.
- Fluent English; Dutch is a plus, not a requirement.
