The Lending Tribe is part of ING's Wholesale Banking Lending Organization. We create one end-to-end seamless Wholesale Banking Lending journey for our clients and ING employees. With this principle, product areas will run journeys end-to-end within the scope of one product space. The success of the product areas is as important as the success of three strong enabling teams, which will support product delivery across the organization.
Product Data Offering & Readiness contributes by:
Develop, maintain, and improve the Lending Data Model incl the critical data points
Ensuring a strong data delivery capability in delivery organization around regulatory disclosures (ESG, Credit Risk Loan Tapes, Leverage Transactions and Credit Modelling)
Setting up a data governance and quality framework and controls mechanisms across the tribe
Data quality improvements and business as usual process to create world class data quality in WB Lending
Creating data products and self-servicing data analytic and reporting capabilities
Create a data culture within Tribe Lending and within the Lending Value Chain
As a Product Lead
You will report to the Global Head of Lending Delivery Management
You will be responsible for setting the vision, purpose, and backlog at the product level together with your team considering the strategic priorities
Work together within the larger Data Management organization of ING to ensure sharing best practices and leverage on generic capabilities
You will manage short term regulatory demands while execute the lending data strategy
You will be an impediment remover, facilitator, and coach for your (2-4) squads within your products space on products and services in your scope to optimize user & customer experience
You embody our orange code in your professional manner: you take on activities and responsibilities and make them happen, you help others to be successful, and you are one step ahead in anticipating your colleagues and stakeholders
You will be responsible for coaching, training, and supporting the individual development plans of your (8-12) direct reports; facilitate sharing knowledge, experiences, and challenges regularly
We are looking for talented professionals who:
An entrepreneur and problem solver who combines client focus with delivery power and ability to make an impact through inspiring and energetic leadership
Creating value propositions and applying methodologies around Lean, design thinking, and agility
Basic knowledge of data analysis, governance, and analytics should be applicable
To engage with the DevOps teams, a basic understanding of technology (IT architecture, programming languages, and applications knowledge)
Effectively partnering with leaders of different departments to further enterprise goals, while maintaining a focus on their product space objective ("lateral agility")
A colleague who displays all aspects of ING's Orange behavior
You have a proven track record and technical skills in:
A minimum of 5 years of experience
Experience working in product delivery, building delivery roadmaps, and prioritizing product backlogs
Proven experience or strong affinity with the ING Agile Way of Working
Proven experience in strategic projects with high-impact
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
