HR Officer
Are you an administrative HR professional committed to ensuring compliance and eager to contribute to the HR department's growth in a dynamic international organization?
Your role as an HR Officer involves verifying and processing personnel changes and addressing queries related to personnel administration (e.g., employee on- and offboarding and hr admin. Serving as the go-to resource for both employees and managers, you'll field their sometimes complex inquiries about personnel administration and company-specific policies.
Your tasks include:
- Verify and process various mutations.
- Manage the UWV portal for tasks such as parental leave or payroll expenses, process payroll garnishments and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR matters, providing accurate information or advice in line with the collective bargaining agreement, legislation or policies and processes.
- You will work closely with the payroll team to ensure error-free mutation processing.
- Provide HR advisor with data on inflow and outflow through reports and correspondence.
- Identify improvement opportunities and proactively suggest improvements to HR tools and processes.
- Assist with various HR projects and process physical mail.

From the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) in Amsterdam we are responsible for the HR support to our 2600+ colleagues in the KFC restaurants in the country. The restaurants are largely responsible for HR matters themselves. From the HR department at the RSC we provide policies, clear processes and guidelines for the area coaches, restaurant managers and team members. As HR Officer you will work in a department with 10 driven HR professionals (Recruitment, HR Advice, Learning & Development and Payroll).

- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- You work meticulously and with attention to detail.
- You're decisive and possess a sense of urgency, enabling you to prioritize effectively.
- You're flexible, possess strong communication skills, and thrive under pressure.
- Experience with AFAS is a plus.
- You're proficient in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
