Your daily tasks as a German Customer Support Agent include:
- You will help customers to understand more about their insurance products and how the system works;
- You will help customers when there are any pending requests or procedures;
- Furthermore, you will handle all related inquiries through phone calls and e-mails.
For this vacancy, it is important that you speak and write German fluently (C1+ level). You have the possibility to work up to 3 days from home per week (50/50 policy).
