Your profile
- Commercial education or a comparable qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or a similar customer-facing commercial environment
- Strong customer focus and communication skills, combined with a proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems and familiarity with digital business processes
- Fluent Italian and English language skills; German is a strong asset
Your responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and implement customer- and market-specific growth initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned Inside Sales accounts and contribute to revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities, while supporting customer projects throughout the sales cycle from quotation preparation to contract execution and after-sales support.
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales Managers and Regional Leadership to drive business growth and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business analyses; monitor performance; and maintain accurate customer, project, and pipeline data in CRM and reporting systems.
- Support accounts receivable activities, monitor customer credit limits, contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and administrative workflows, and coordinate customer visits, trade fairs, commercial events, and travel arrangements.
- Manage sales office administration and the local entity’s administrative functions, including contract management, accounting and bill payments, taxation coordination, expense administration, reporting, and other statutory and operational responsibilities.
