As a Trade Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in bringing our Exclusive Brands and Corporate Brands to life in store. You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, brand activation and retail execution, ensuring that every campaign, launch and activation is delivered with excellence and has a strong impact on our customers and our business.
Your Impact
- Support the planning and execution of Trade Marketing campaigns for Exclusive Brands and Corporate Brands, ensuring strong alignment with DOUGLAS' commercial priorities and business objectives.
- Coordinate the production, shipment and installation of POS materials and promotional assets, ensuring high-quality and timely execution across stores.
- Support the development, execution and follow-up of sales incentive programmes to drive the performance of Exclusive Brands and Corporate Brands.
- Coordinate premium brand spaces, in-store events and brand activations, creating memorable customer experiences and strengthening brand visibility.
- Monitor and support stock replenishment for Trade Marketing activities, ensuring product availability for new launches and upcoming campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising, Communication and Brand teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all initiatives.
- Develop and manage in-store execution audits, monitoring implementation quality, identifying execution gaps and analysing results to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage operational issues with suppliers and stores, ensuring fast and effective resolution and business continuity.
- Track and follow up on campaign implementation, proactively identifying risks and supporting corrective actions.
- Support reporting and analysis of Trade Marketing activities, contributing to the evaluation and optimization of campaign performance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- A genuine passion for beauty, retail, brands and customer experience.
- Strong interest in brand activations, visual execution and in-store experiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, suppliers and stores while meeting tight deadlines.
- Proactive, hands-on and detail-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in Spanish; a good level of English is a plus.
