Tasks
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- General project management tasks
- Resource allocation
- Process and maintain data via SAP and prepare Excel presentations
- Process improvements initiatives
- Project analysis
- Design and implementation
- Assist in ongoing process workflows in the area Operation/Logistics
- Provide tactical department support towards the achievement organizational objectives
- Supporting the Corporate Retail stores
- Preparation for meetings and events (e. G. Presentations, reporting, catering)
- Creation and analysis of sales reports to monitor the business
- Compliance monitoring
- Support of the implementation of marketing plan activities, especially events, collaborations and promotions
- Coordination of retail activities with German parent company such as sales incentives
- Manage the core assortment and weekly replenishment orders
- Work directly with store managers
- Supporting the Head of Retail with varied tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or Junior/Senior currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree in Business with focus on Operations/Retail or comparable study is required
- Preferably previous internship/work experience
- Proficient computer skills in SAP and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-starter: Able to follow directions, willingness to learn and to take initiative
- Ability to solve advanced problems and trouble-shoot complex issues
- Languages (German) is a plus but not a requirement
