- Develop and post creative content for our social media channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Support the implementation of employer branding campaigns and events.
- Contribute your own ideas for new formats, stories, or reels.
- Analyze reach and engagement to identify trends and learnings.
- Design presentations and materials for our internal and external stakeholders.
- Be part of projects that make our employer brand even more visible.
YOUR SKILLS
- Studies in Marketing, Communications, HR, Media, or a comparable field.
- Creativity, a feel for trends, and enthusiasm for social media.
- Structured, independent way of working and team spirit.
- Proficient in MS Office; initial experience with graphic/video tools is a plus.
- Very good German and English language skills.
