ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you passionate about accelerating the decarbonization of business travel? Do you love building high-impact partnerships that create both commercial and climate value?
We’re looking for a Enterprise Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and other strategic partners. You’ll collaborate closely with our partners to co-sell sustainability solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients - empowering them to measure and reduce travel emissions.
This role blends commercial acumen, customer success, and climate tech - perfect for someone who thrives on creating impact.
While we offer a flexible work arrangement and support remote work, alignment on location, expectations, and any in-person office presence will be discussed and clarified during the interview process to ensure a good mutual fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and grow key accounts (TMCs and other strategic partners), driving commercial and climate success.
- Be a trusted advisor to travel managers, TMC consultants, and corporate sustainability leaders.
- Co-sell to corporates: collaborate with partners to pitch and roll out SQUAKE solutions.
- Enable partners through training, content, and strategic support to scale sustainability adoption.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from scoping to close and onboarding.
- Build account plans and growth roadmaps, identifying upsell and long-term impact opportunities.
- Collect and share customer insights to improve our product and partner experience.

- Experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
- CRM fluency (Salesforce or similar) and data-driven sales planning.

- Experience in the corporate travel or TMC space.
