As a Werkstudent in HR & Office Management, you will play a key role in supporting both HR administration and office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks
- Support office management activities, including organizing supplies and workspace coordination
- Help plan and coordinate internal events and meetings
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative matters
- Maintain records and support employee onboarding processes
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Interest in HR, office management, and administration
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Self-driven
- Onsite position
- Part-time or full-time during the holidays
