Our Team
We are looking for an intern who will have the opportunity to actively participate in the activities of the Finance and Procurement Department, integrating with the team and providing support to accounts payable and receivable processes, as well as supporting the team in supplier negotiations. The intern’s responsibilities will be divided as follows:
50% dedicated to treasury activities and coordination with the accounting team. 50% focused on the procurement department.
What to expect?
Main Responsibilities
- Support in accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Preparation of debit and credit notes.
- Creation of purchase orders in SAP.
- Receive and analyze purchase requisitions from internal areas, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Carry out bidding processes and request for quotations (RFQs), interacting with suppliers.
- Prepare comparative analyses of proposals, including cost evaluation and commercial terms.
- Support the development of Cost Breakdown analyses.
- Participate in supplier negotiations, aiming to achieve the best commercial terms.
- Process purchase requisitions and orders in the system.
- Ensure proper registration and monitoring of purchase orders until completion.
- Support administrative and operational activities of the area, assisting analysts and management.

Prerequisites
- Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Knowledge of key Excel functions, such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUBTOTAL.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Hands-on profile to perform operational tasks and administrative routines.
- Organization, discipline, and commitment.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
