Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager, leadership staff and associates of the PDC. This position has a wide range of responsibilities to include Customer Service, Human Resources, Accounting, reporting and analysis for the efficient operation of the PDC while performing other duties as assigned.
The pay rate for this role is $23.24 per hour. However, it is important to note that at Porsche compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset.
Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

Tasks
Position Overview
Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager, leadership staff and associates of the PDC. This position has a wide range of responsibilities to include Customer Service, Human Resources, Accounting, reporting and analysis for the efficient operation of the PDC while performing other duties as assigned.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and front-desk support, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Manage vendor relationships, documentation, service records, and coordination with internal teams
- Process, code, track, and submit vendor invoices; review Accounts Payable reports and support month-end activities.
- Schedule vendor visits, verify credentials and safety requirements, and enforce site access procedures.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, time-off tracking, onboarding, and employee records.
- Maintain attendance and employee point systems and track productivity and performance data.
- Support safety programs, incident reporting, compliance documentation, and audits.
- Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and assist with data entry for leadership and operations.
- Assist with customer service calls and general operational support as needed.
- Support other operational and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
- High School degree required and/or equivalent work experience
Experience (Job and Industry):
- 5+ years advanced level administrative experience in a professional environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/operations/logistics related role is preferred
Skills:
- Advanced level proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Exposure to ADT or similar security system experience
- Working knowledge of ADP or similar time keeping product
- Experience with SAP accounting/warehouse system is preferred
- Ability to work independently with limited direct Supervision
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for both internal and external clients at all levels
- Ability to analyze and build custom reports and presentations

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
