In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as
TASKS WITH IMPACT
Together with the Group Pricing team, the Pricing Managers within our country clusters are responsible for pricing and strategy across our omnichannel platforms. Using data-driven and strategic approaches, we aim to optimize the customer experience and achieve our business objectives.
- Manage daily pricing, monitor performance metrics (e.g., revenue, margins), and analyze market conditions to derive and implement appropriate measures
- Develop and execute omnichannel pricing strategies, including conducting and evaluating pilot projects
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing pricing processes and tools within strategic frameworks
- Ensure pricing strategies align with promotional activities, and support the selection of products and mechanisms
- Collaborate closely and coordinate regularly with functions such as CRM, traditional and online marketing, finance and controlling, procurement, campaign management, and retail across e-commerce and brick-and-mortar operations
- Oversee the implementation of the omnichannel pricing strategy within the DACH cluster and act as the primary contact for the Group Pricing team
- Identify optimization opportunities in processes and tools, working closely with the Group Pricing team to implement improvements
YOUR SKILLSET

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- A completed degree in business administration, retail, or a related field
- Ideally you bring several years of experience in both operational and strategic pricing roles
- Extensive experience in retail or e-commerce
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
- A natural ability to make data-driven decisions and confidently act as a liaison between business functions and technology teams
- Knowledge of market and industry trends, paired with strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, particularly in English
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire others
- A clear, organized, and results-driven working style
