In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Independent review, account assignment, and posting of incoming invoices in SAP
- Autonomous handling of invoice complaints and dunning notices
- Processing and monitoring of customer (debit) postings as well as dunning runs
- Execution of monthly and annual closing activities for a small entity
- Creation of SAP payment runs
YOUR SKILLS
We take a competency-based and fair approach to recruiting, that´s why we look beyond your experience to understand how you create impact, grow through change, and collaborate for success.
Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in accounting or invoice auditing
- Excellent MS Office skills and several years of experience working with SAP
- Very good German and English language skills
