TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Managing the OneEurope terms in the CMT – including data entry and automated inheritance to the respective countries
- Ensuring a smooth bonus process by providing the landing tables for Accounting
- Conducting the annual system queries for user management and coordinating necessary adjustments with IT – including audit-proof documentation
- Close collaboration with Category Management to ensure that only relevant purchasing terms are carried over into the following year
- Sharing know-how by providing structured onboarding for new colleagues on CMT functionalities
- Acting as the first point of contact for all CMT-related questions in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland
- Responsibility for maintaining and further developing the Condition Management Tool (SAP Retail) – from creation and adjustments to settlement of purchasing and marketing terms
YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- You have in-depth knowledge of SAP Retail as well as a strong technical understanding of purchasing processes
- Ideally, you bring project management experience and keep an overview even in complex projects
- Analytical thinking comes naturally to you – you recognize patterns, draw the right conclusions, and prepare data clearly
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner – even when things need to move quickly
- Communication is one of your strengths – you explain technical matters in a clear and convincing way
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in an international retail environment
