Aufgaben
- Support in managing the Procure-to-Pay Process; starting with the identification of suitable suppliers up to negotiations and contract arrangements
- Search for new suppliers and keep up-to-date on market trends
- Analyze and create spend data dashboards
- Work with intercompany management and controlling, in order to set up internal agreements and safeguard cash management
- Support in the implementation of corporate guidelines
Anforderungen
- Enrollment at a university with a business focus (preferable major in procurement, finance or controlling)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, S4/HANA knowledge desirable
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a fast grasp of complex issues
- High level of commitment and independent, structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of English
- Can-do mentality and self- starter!
- High flexibility and team orientation
