Position Overview
The Events Intern will be responsible to support the logistics and administrative tasks that support the development and execution of all PFS events.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the Events Manager with administrative support and program logistics for all PFS events and meetings. Individual responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: travel arrangements, event logistics, registration, internal communication, event flow, calendar assistance / scheduling, project coordination, and vendor management and communication.
- Assist the High Net Worth Program Manager and Events Specialist with day-to-day tasks, program planning and administrative support.
- Assist as required to the VP, Products & Marketing and Senior Manager, Marketing Communications with team coordination and inter-departmental support.
- Assist with overall filing and tracking systems for departmental correspondence and projects.
- Assist with department finance, accounting, and procurement needs; ensure these documents are processed according to PFS Finance Policy.
- Create presentations, reports, and documents using the appropriate research and software
- Provide administrative support and perform other duties assigned by the Events Manager, Senior Manager, Marketing Communications, and/or VP, Products & Marketing
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required – preferably Marketing, Event Management, or Business.

Percentage of required travel: Less than 25%
Physical requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to move about in the office to access office equipment, etc. Must be able to communicate and exchange information verbally with management and co-workers.
Work environment
This position operates in a hybrid environment. This role will use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, scanners, etc.

The pay range for this position is $18-$20 per hour dependent on education status.
