TASKS WITH IMPACTYou are part of the Digital Retail Solutions team and thus a partner for our international IT teams, business departments, store teams and suppliers. Our Department takes care of the international POS system, mobile retailing and the phygital customer experience.
- You support the Digital Retail Solutions team in the creation of analyses in Tableau and PowerBi and also present them
- You will also be responsible for the design and implementation of suitable analyses to answer a wide range of questions based on retail data from various countries
- Evaluation of touchpoint interactions, as well as new service flows, and derivation of recommendations for action are also part of your area of responsibility
- You will support the further development of reports and KPI dashboards
Wondering what that will look like in your daily doing? You´ll be the person in charge to work on projects of the Digital Retail Reporting of DOUGLAS, client centricity should be a new term to you. You´ll help team members to get ad-hod data for new business cases or critical project decisions as well as support other reporting teams in collaboratively working on new group wide reporting tools.
YOUR SKILLS- Studies in the field of economics, marketing, statistics, psychology, business informatics or comparable from the 4th semester onwards
- Ideally professional experience in a retail environment
- You are confident with PowerBI & Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint
- You enjoy working with numbers, data and facts
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Ideally, you have some knowledge of SQL
- Your working style is characterized by a high level of commitment, reliability and independence
- Good written and spoken English & German skills round off your profile
