The Customer Enablement Team is looking for a motivated and highly customer-obsessed Program Manager to join us. You will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides support across the AWS organization and help customers to achieve operational excellence. As a Program Manager you will not only demonstrate your program and project management skills, but also define and drive program initiatives, processes, and frameworks to allow scaling and impact for AWS customers across the world. Focusing on identifying, developing, integrating and driving innovative solutions, cross-functional work and being the voice of our customers will be key. You should have a proven track record of being a self-motivated problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, being comfortable to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will use his business savvy to develop and drive key initiatives within different programs, identify new opportunities and build scaling mechanisms to simplify customer experience and accelerate their journey with the cloud.

Key job responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead programs and initiatives to simplify customer experience and scale the business
· Gather insights from the business, formulate opinions and present solutions to AWS leadership
· Interface with various AWS teams and share best practices and methodology
· Drive improvements in AWS services based on customer feedback
· Manage numerous priorities concurrently & strategically
· Develop and influence new ideas/approaches
· Establish procedures, plans and practices which promote the adoption of appropriate solutions


Basic Qualifications:
· 7+ years of business development or program/product management experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· BA/BS degree required (technical or business)
· Fluency in English
· Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
· Strong attention to detail
· Analytical problem solver
· Delivers and demands high-quality work
· Experience in influencing cross-functional teams


Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in technology related field
· Experience working with, and/or having knowledge of cloud computing and existing cloud technologies
· Certified Project/Program Management credentials
