Corporate culture: We are diverse and multinational with a strong team spirit and flat hierarchies—we use “du” with each other in German. We place a premium on transparency and short decisional paths. Team- and site-based events plus an alumni program foster a friendly ambience.
Way of working: We stand for strategic visions and smart implementation. With us you can take responsibility and set things in motion. Feedback is important to us, because people are our priority.
Work environment: Flexibility is an integral part of our culture, with your choice of office location and an honor system for working hours. Our modern offices are attractively located, but we naturally also offer mobile work and part-time options as well as sabbaticals.
Entry: All new employees go through a three-week warm-up to prepare for their positions. You’ll experience the Porsche spirit at first hand, with special events to help you meet the team and the brand—and drive it, too. Our mentoring program offers individual guidance to all new employees for six months.
Development: Learning is key. You’ll go on learning together with your colleagues at two set weeks of training every year. Further opportunities include e-learning, internal expertise-based communities, potential support for doctoral and MBA programs, and annual employee review and coaching options.
Benefits: A sports and fitness program, an attractive and sustainable mobility option, leasing offers, JobRad, on-site snacks and drinks, and comprehensive professional mobile work equipment are all a matter of course.
Sustainability: We are proud signatories of the Diversity Charter. We actively promote diversity, reduce resource consumption wherever possible, and compensate for unavoidable emissions. We want our work to help make the world more efficient, livable, and sustainable.
