Showroom Host - Mercedes Benz

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Location: York

Hours Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm - Sundays 12pm - 4pm

At JCT600, our showroom hosts are the first impression of our brand — professional, welcoming, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Based at our dealership, you’ll handle all incoming calls and greet visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service and professionalism. 

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to service excellence will make every customer feel valued. 

As a showroom host your day-to-day will include:

Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable while on site.
Managing incoming calls promptly and efficiently, connecting callers to the relevant person or department in line with brand standards.
Using email and database systems to accurately record and distribute messages.
Monitoring the switchboard and outgoing calls to track enquiry levels andmaintainsmooth communication.
Supporting customers and visitors on-site, including offering refreshments andassistancewhereappropriate.

What we’re looking for in a showroom host:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence over the phone and in person.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and professional, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
A customer-first mindset, always striving to deliver service above expectations.
